Miss Nishi Khaire

Counselor

A Counselling Psychologist pursuing Art therapy with the ability to provide safe and non-judgemental environment to people in need to vent out/Counselling.

About Me

As a Counseling Psychologist pursuing Art therapy, I provide a safe, non-judgemental space. Here, you can speak freely or simply vent what's on your mind. We might use creative art-based approaches to express feelings words sometimes can't capture. My aim is for you to feel truly heard, helping you navigate challenges at your own pace. This approach suits those seeking a creative outlet alongside traditional talk therapy.

Approach

You’ll find a calm, accepting place where thoughts and images can be explored in different ways. In sessions in Vadodara or online (English, Gujarati, Hindi/Urdu, Marathi), I balance gentle listening with hands-on creative activities, pacing each meeting to what feels manageable and flexible between appointments with simple reflections or small, expressive prompts. The work is collaborative—slowly naming patterns, tending to wounds from relationships or abuse, and building practical ways to ease stress and body-image distress. This way suits those wanting both spoken and visual expression.
