Nilou Esmaeilpour

Counselor

At Lotus Therapy, I offer evidence-based and body-focused therapeutic interventions that heal the root of your issues.

About Me

At Lotus Therapy, I help clients explore deep-seated patterns that keep them stuck. I integrate body-focused techniques, like breathwork, with evidence-based practices to address the core of your concerns. This can be particularly helpful if past experiences affect your present well-being. We work together to process emotions held in the body, fostering lasting healing and stability. I aim to create a space where you can truly connect with yourself.

Approach

Healing starts with gentle attention to sensations and patterns, then we translate those experiences into clear steps toward change. In Coquitlam and online, in English or Farsi, sessions are paced to your rhythm—grounded, curious, and practical. I guide present-moment body awareness, targeted processing, and simple skills practice, and offer brief reflection prompts between meetings so new responses settle into daily life. This way of working tends to help people navigating trauma, anxiety, or long-standing relational patterns.
