Ms Niharika Kale

Psychologist

Although eclectic in nature, my practice is drawn from evidence modalities of CBT, REBT, Humanistic and Existential perspectives. Therapy is a restorative process that helps unlock the inner potential of individuals, increasing their self-awareness and empowering them to discover resolutions to their concerns.

About Me

My practice, though eclectic, thoughtfully integrates evidence-based approaches like CBT and Humanistic perspectives. I provide a restorative space where individuals can explore their concerns and increase self-awareness. This enables clients to unlock their inner potential, discovering personalised resolutions. Sessions are tailored, fostering empowerment and helping you find practical ways forward. This approach suits those seeking a collaborative path to understanding themselves and their challenges.

Approach

The work is restorative, focused on helping you uncover resources and experiment with new responses in everyday life. I offer sessions in Pune and online in English, Hindi/Urdu or Marathi, creating a predictable, respectful space where pacing is set by your needs. Sessions mix brief, structured exercises with open exploration; between meetings you’ll try small, practical tasks and we’ll review what changed, adjusting together. This approach suits people facing transitions, grief, chronic illness, relationship strain or anxiety who want clear, steady support.
