About Me

I have certifications, supervisions and my own therapy process including many different types of therapy protocols. I am a certified Supportive Psychotherapist. I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mindfullness and metacognitive therapy as tools. I am also a doctor and a psychiatrist. I have a comphensive understanding and functional approach. I treat panic disorder, socail anxiety disrder and special phobias using Virtual Reality

Approach

I believe therapy must be both a comfortable and a transforming experience at the end. I believe a therapist should be the secure base, both encouring and holding without judgement, must try to understand in the context of culturaL and individual differences and not put him/herself in a knowing at all position. I am interested in virtual reality and include in my practice especially for social phobia.
