Miss Nidhi Shah, MSc

Psychotherapist

My practice is grounded in evidence-based approaches, including and shaped by a deep commitment to inclusive, queer affirmative care. I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, intrusive thoughts, and trauma, but my work goes beyond simply managing symptoms. I believe that lasting change happens when we bridge the gap between who you are on the inside and how you're living on the outside.

About Me

I am a psychotherapist with an MSc in Clinical and Health Psychology and over five years of clinical experience, encompassing over 3,700 hours of practice. My approach is rooted in providing trauma-informed, queer-affirmative, and socio-culturally mindful care. In my practice, I integrate CBT, psychodynamic, and humanistic modalities to tailor support for individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and grief. Beyond my clinical work in private practice and corporate EAP settings, I am passionate about mental health advocacy. I frequently facilitate workshops and lead programs focused on emotional literacy, psychological safety, and accessible mental health education.
