I am an experienced and fully qualified psychotherapist/counsellor and I look forward to working with you on whatever difficulties you are experiencing at present. I am also an accredited EMDR Psychotherapist

About Me

I offer a warm, confidential space to gently explore the difficulties you are experiencing. As an experienced psychotherapist and accredited EMDR Psychotherapist, I can guide you in processing challenging memories. This approach is particularly helpful if you feel stuck, or if past events impact your daily life. We can work together to help you find clarity and new ways forward, fostering greater well-being and resilience.

Approach

Sessions unfold at a gentle pace, shaped around whatever difficulties you bring and with EMDR integrated when processing painful memories feels appropriate. I offer face-to-face work from Surrey and flexible online sessions in English or French, so we can choose the setting that suits you. In-session we balance focused reflection, practical grounding techniques and short, collaborative steps to try between meetings to build momentum. People navigating trauma, loss or feeling stuck often find this steady, paced way of working helpful.
