Ms Nicole Presutti

Psychotherapist

I am deeply dedicated to assisting my clients in stress and anxiety management, addressing concerns such as excessive worry, rumination, panic attacks, perfectionism, burnout and social anxiety. My practice also extends to the treatment of depression, low mood, relationship issues and self-defeating behaviours.

About Me

I am a Registered Psychotherapist in Hamilton, Ontario. I help you manage anxiety, stress and burnout, life transitions, and self-esteem using ACT and CBT. I offer individual therapy online and in person.

Approach

Drawing on practical, evidence-informed ways of working, I help you notice how worry and mood play out in daily life and try small, manageable shifts that feel real. In Stoney Creek and online, in English, sessions are collaborative, paced to your rhythm, and focused on what you can use between meetings. We practice brief mindfulness, short experiments and skill-building so rumination eases, panic becomes more navigable and energy returns. This style often fits people juggling work, relationships and high personal standards.
