Empowering people to overcome difficult life challenges, to transform their lives and to enhance their mental well-being through personalised and empathic therapy. I am experienced in working with a wide range of conditions and my aim is to ultimately support you on your journey towards healing and inner peace.

About Me

I am a Registered Clinical Psychologist dedicated to empowering you through life's difficult challenges. My approach offers personalised, empathic therapy. We create a collaborative space where your unique experiences are deeply understood. We'll work together to enhance your mental well-being, supporting your journey towards healing and inner peace. I help individuals transform their lives, building practical strategies and fostering inner strength.

Approach

Helping you navigate turning points, I work in a practical, steady way that honours your pace and priorities. In Paarl I offer sessions in English and Afrikaans and also meet online; appointments are structured yet flexible, with space to explore feelings, trace patterns and build small, doable strategies between meetings. I focus on clear goals—reducing overwhelm, managing urges, repairing relationships—and use gentle challenge alongside validation so change feels manageable. This approach often suits people ready for honest, collaborative work.
