Mrs Nicole Lambert

Psychotherapist

Therapist working with adolescents, teens, and adults specializing in body image issues, eating concerns, depression, and anxiety.

About Me

I offer a supportive space for adolescents, teens, and adults. Together, we can gently explore body image issues, eating concerns, depression, or anxiety. My approach helps you make sense of difficult experiences. We will develop practical ways to cope. This space supports building confidence and finding a path towards greater well-being.

Approach

Sessions feel collaborative and paced to your needs, using short check-ins and practical exercises to gently unpack patterns around body perception, eating, mood, and worry. In my Rochester office or via secure online sessions in English, I combine mindfulness, psychoeducation, and focused reflection so ideas become usable between meetings. You’ll leave with small experiments and skills to try in daily life, and we review what worked together to shape next steps. This steady, practical way of working often helps people build clearer self-understanding and reliable coping.
