Life at times can be challenging, people can feel lonely and isolated and stuck in old patterns and in their daily struggle, confused about how to change. Reaching out can be hard, trusting others feels difficult. It's at these times that therapy can make a difference.

I work integratively which means that I have the benefit of drawing on a wide range of tools according to the needs of my clients, including aspects from the psychodynamic, creative arts, and transpersonal approaches. I work holistically taking into account all the dimensions that makes us human. Stress and pain can cause us to shut down some aspects of ourselves, causing anxiety, depression and other symptoms. My work is how we begin to understand and heal from this so that we can reach our potential and begin to realise some of our dreams.

As your therapist I will engage with you as a person rather than a set of symptoms. My aim is to help you make changes and to come to terms with difficult dilemmas in your life. I offer a safe and confidential place to explore, understand and express your thoughts, feelings and ideas.

My professional training and my own life experiences means that i can work with a wide range of issues. I welcome clients from different backgrounds and I aim to provide a service which meets the needs of each individual.
