About Me

I am an Integrative and Transpersonal Psychotherapist based in North West London. I offer both short-term and long-term psychotherapy, either online or face-to-face. My professional training and life experience allow me to support a wide range of issues. As your therapist, I will engage with you as a person rather than a set of symptoms. My aim is to help you make sense of your difficulties in order to create lasting change. I provide a safe and confidential space to explore, express, and understand your thoughts and feelings. As an integrative therapist, I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches rather than a single fixed model. What matters most is that we work together in a way that meets your individual needs. I also worked in a residential treatment centre for substance and alcohol misuse for 16 years. This experience has given me a strong understanding of addiction and its many forms. I then worked part-time for eight years coordinating a domestic abuse service for all genders, which deepened my understanding of abusive and codependent relationships. I now work solely in private practice.

Approach

Life can be challenging at times. People may feel lonely, isolated, stuck in old patterns, or uncertain about how to change. Reaching out can be difficult, and trusting others may feel even harder. It is at these times that therapy can make a meaningful difference. I work integratively, drawing on a wide range of approaches to suit the needs of each client, including psychodynamic, creative arts, and transpersonal methods. I take a holistic view, considering all aspects of what makes us human. Stress and emotional pain can lead us to shut down parts of ourselves, which may contribute to anxiety, depression, and other symptoms. My work focuses on helping clients understand and heal from these experiences so they can move toward greater fulfilment and realise their potential. As your therapist, I will engage with you as a person rather than a set of symptoms. My aim is to support you in making meaningful changes and working through difficult life dilemmas. I offer a safe and confidential space to explore, understand, and express your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. My professional training and life experience enable me to work with a wide range of issues. I welcome clients from diverse backgrounds and aim to provide a service tailored to individual needs. I also specialise in working with addictions, psychosexual issues, and domestic abuse. Please visit my website for more information.
