Counseling Psychologist

verified by TherapyRoute

I provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families of all ages. I help depressed and anxious people find relief and improve their self- and other-relationships. With conflict-ridden couples or families I strive to uncover the roots of the conflict and assist with more helpful ways of resolving differences.

About Me

I provide a compassionate space for individuals, couples, and families seeking support. If you are struggling with depression or anxiety, we can work to find relief and improve your relationships. For couples and families experiencing conflict, I will help you uncover the roots of disagreement. Together, we will develop more helpful ways to resolve differences, fostering stronger connections and a greater sense of peace.

Approach

When depression, anxiety or recurring couple arguments surface, I focus on how we move through them together — noticing patterns, naming emotions and trying small, practical shifts between sessions. I work from Makhanda and online in English, creating sessions that feel steady and paced to each person or couple, with clear check-ins for parents and age-appropriate ways of engaging children and adolescents. Expect straightforward questions, occasional worksheets or home experiments and gentle feedback that helps you try new responses. This approach suits those wanting clearer connections and steadier mood.
