Licensed Professional Counselor,
London.
There are moments when life feels heavier than words can hold, illness, loss, exhaustion, or the quiet ache of worry. In those moments, you don’t need a textbook answer. You need someone who will listen, who will sit with the weight of it, and help you find a way forward that feels true to you.
Here are some of the areas where I support clients, whether in individual sessions OR group circles.
Life after serious illness or chronic health conditions (including cancer)
Burnout, work-related stress, and emotional overwhelm
Trauma, nervous system dysregulation, and emotional disconnection
Relationship challenges and communication difficulties
Identity shifts, relocation, and transitions between cultures
Student stress, pressure, and identity formation
Menopause and hormonal transitions
Living with disability or long-term health challenges
Grief, loss, and major life changes
Neurodivergence
I offer sessions in the way that best suits your needs:

CORE SERVICES:
I offer support for people living with cancer and the aftermath of serious illness, as well as their families. I also work with burnout, anxiety, overwhelm, menopause and the impact of abuse. My approach is trauma‑informed and person‑centred, but more than anything, it’s human.
In individual sessions or group circles, I offer space for honesty, connection, and the possibility of change. Clients often tell me they feel understood rather than judged, and that our work helps them rediscover strength they thought they’d lost. Whether one‑to‑one or in a group, therapy with me is about sharing experiences and building resilience together. My style is straightforward and compassionate, always focused on what matters most to you.
Alongside traditional sessions, I bring in creative practices—walk‑and‑talk therapy, sand tray work, drawing, and journaling—offering different ways to express what’s hard to put into words.
