Ms Nicci Lefson

Clinical Psychologist

I am an experienced, insightful psychotherapist who enjoys working with children (incl. under 5's), teens, adults and parents. I am also a functional medicine health and wellness coach and culinary nutrition expert . I help clients tweak their lifestyle so as to assist their healing journey.

About Me

I am an experienced psychotherapist, offering a warm, insightful space for individuals and families. I guide children, teens, adults, and parents to explore emotional well-being. My approach integrates practical lifestyle adjustments, including nutrition, to support healing. This helps clients connect mind and body for lasting change. It is ideal for those seeking holistic support.

Approach

I work with a steady, practical pace—short check-ins, hands-on tools and reflective moments help families and individuals notice small shifts. In my Sandton practice and online sessions (English), we use play, assessment feedback and tailored lifestyle experiments between meetings so progress carries into daily routines. Therapy is collaborative: you’ll set gentle goals, try out nutritional and mindfulness adjustments, and we review what lands and what needs changing. This approach suits parents, young people and adults who prefer clear steps alongside emotional depth.
