About Us

We are a team of licensed Clinical Psychologists based in Newlands, Western Cape, South Africa. We treat addiction, anxiety, adolescent issues, and child behaviour and conduct problems. We perform diagnostic assessments and provide child and adolescent therapy, play therapy, relationship and divorce counseling, adoption support, clinical supervision, and psychiatry services.

Approach

The Newlands Therapy Centre offers family therapy via a range of modalities. We see adults, couples, parents and families.

The therapeutic method is Schema Therapy which is an integrative approach incorporating both CBT and relational therapies.
