Services
I am a caring, compassionate and experienced Psychologist with over 14 years of extensive experience working in the NHS, the voluntary sector and privately with children, families and adults with a broad range of emotional, social, behavioural and mental health difficulties.
I offer an empathic, warm and supportive space, where it feels safe to explore, express and process difficult thoughts and feelings, without fear of judgement.
I am passionate about supporting and empowering the children, young people and adults I work with to make and sustain meaningful changes in their lives. I believe the therapeutic space should be a safe and nurturing place which enables to process difficult feelings and to move forward with realistic and fulfilling ways to manage challenges.
As an integrative practitioner I am able to draw on several therapeutic schools of thoughts and from a range of psychological approaches so that I can support clients in a way that is most useful for them.
I work creatively and with an explorative style including narrative therapy, integrative psychotherapy, systemic and cognitive behavioural therapy.
I work part-time for the NHS in a specialist mental health setting for families, children and adolescents alongside my private practice.
I am fluent and able to conduct therapy in English, Spanish and French.
I offer both online therapy sessions and face-to-face sessions in my practice in South West London. Virtual video-therapy sessions can be done through Skype, Zoom, WhatsApp and Facetime.
