A psychotherapist that focuses on safety, collaboration and inclusivity. Narrative and Trauma Informed orientation.

About Me

I am a counselling psychologist based in Delhi NCR, working with children, adolescents, and adults. I have 3+ years of working integrating all parts of the ecosystem to facilitate healing and taking the client's lead.

Approach

My therapeutic approach is rooted in narrative, person centric and trauma-informed frameworks. The idea is to meet the individual and family where they are emotionally, and using a strength-focused lens. I aim to foster safety and regulation, building on long-term meaningful connections. I support individuals in understanding their own stories while navigating trauma. relationships, and identity. I believe that healing does not happen in isolation. The ecosystem surrounding an individual family, community, plays a significant role in growth and recovery. My goal is to create a safe, collaborative, and reflective therapeutic space where clients feel heard, empowered, and supported.
