Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Verified

I am an integrative therapist offering online therapy to adults and have extensive experience helping clients navigate a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, family conflict, academic stress, and career challenges.

About Me

I grew up in India and have worked as a counsellor in different settings in New York and London. My previous experiences include providing individual therapy at a private practice, facilitating skills-based therapy groups, providing single-session EAP support through a helpline, and leading psychoeducational workshops on mental health. Given my personal and professional experiences, I am attuned to concerns related to life transitions, multicultural identities and values, and interpersonal relationships.

Approach

As an integrative counsellor, I draw from different therapy approaches, and I will tailor my work with you based on your unique needs. I will help you develop a deeper understanding of your inner world, so you can make choices with an enhanced awareness of your motivations, wishes, and feelings.
