About Me

I offer Counseling and support to individuals navigating life's challenges. My Counseling sessions primarily use secure video web conferencing, offering flexible support no matter your location. For those in Mpumalanga, I also facilitate in-person psychoeducational workshops and trauma debriefing. I create a space where you can explore concerns and gain practical understanding. A free 15-minute chat lets us see how I can best support you.

Approach

You’ll find my work focuses on practical steps and gentle reflection, delivered through flexible online meetings or local Mpumalanga face-to-face sessions. In-session we set manageable goals, use ACT and CBT techniques to notice patterns and regulate trauma responses, and move at a pace you can tolerate. Between sessions I offer simple exercises, brief check-ins or referrals so learning transfers into daily life. This steady, skills‑based way of working suits adolescents, adults and couples navigating grief, transitions, relationship strain or burnout.
