Miss Natasha Govinder

Registered Counselor

I am registered counselor in private practice. Aim of therapy to guide clients to find a solution to their life situation/problem.

About Me

I offer a collaborative space where we work together to understand your unique life situations and challenges. My aim is to guide you towards finding practical solutions that fit your life. We can explore various options and develop strategies tailored to your needs. This approach is ideal for anyone seeking clarity and a way forward. It helps clients navigate difficulties with renewed purpose.

Approach

Alongside finding practical solutions, I focus on the pacing and tools we use so each session feels manageable and purposeful. Whether in my Durban office or online in English, sessions move between gentle conversation, short reflective tasks and clear goal-setting, with space to process emotions at your pace. Between meetings I suggest simple exercises or check-ins to test what’s useful and adjust our plan. This way of working suits adolescents and adults facing transitions, stress or unresolved events who want steady, practical progress.
