About Me

I’m Nataliya Redina, a NIP® Psychologist offering support to expatriates, couples, and international individuals in The Hague, Haarlem, and throughout the Netherlands. I provide therapy in English, Greek, and Russian, with sessions available in person at offices in The Hague and Haarlem, or online for flexible access. My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and tailored to the unique emotional, cultural, and personal challenges that come with living abroad. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, burnout, stress, or adjustment difficulties, I offer a safe, respectful space to support your mental health, build resilience, and help you navigate life transitions with greater clarity and confidence.

Approach

Practical steps paired with gentle reflection guide how we work, turning confusing transitions into manageable routines and clearer choices. Sessions in Haarlem or online, in English, Greek or Russian, move at a steady, collaborative pace: we set short-term goals, test small behavioural experiments, and turn insights into everyday practices between meetings. The focus is on reducing anxiety, easing low mood and preventing burnout through concrete skill-building and relational clarity. This way suits adults, couples and teams adjusting to new roles, cultures or responsibilities.
