Narges

Dr Narges Koohestani

Counselor

Psychological disorders therapist, couple, family, child and adolescent counseling, specialized ADHD treatment.

About Me

I offer a warm, collaborative space for individuals, couples, and families, including children and adolescents, to explore psychological challenges. I also specialise in providing tailored support for those experiencing ADHD. My aim is to help you gain clarity and develop practical strategies for daily life. This approach ensures you find a compassionate, clear path forward towards lasting well-being.

Approach

Sessions move between practical skill-building and gentle reflection, focusing on everyday routines, relationships, and attention strategies that fit your life. Whether we meet in Yazd or online, in Farsi, I keep sessions structured yet flexible—brief check-ins, collaborative goal-setting, and hands-on exercises to try between meetings. With children and families I use clear, developmentally attuned steps; with couples and individuals we map patterns, experiment with small changes, and monitor what shifts. People wanting steady, practical progress—especially around ADHD or family dynamics—tend to find this approach helpful.
