Integrative Psychotherapist

Verified

I am a UK-trained, BACP-accredited integrative therapist with over 20 years of experience supporting adults and relationships. I offer online counselling and psychotherapy across Vietnam, the United Kingdom, China, Indonesia, Egypt, and globally, working with clients who are navigating emotional distress, relational difficulties, trauma, and periods of change. Alongside individual therapy, I provide relationship therapy for couples, intimate partners, and mothers and adult daughters. I also offer the Rewind Technique for trauma and PTSD, hypnotherapy, parenting support, and walk and talk therapy for women. My work offers a space to pause, reflect, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself, supporting meaningful and lasting change.

About Me

My path into therapy began with a deep interest in people’s lived experiences, relationships, and the ways we make sense of ourselves over time. Over the past two decades, I have worked with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds, supporting them through anxiety, trauma, relational conflict, loss, identity questions, and life transitions. Having lived and worked internationally, I bring an awareness of cultural complexity, transition, and the experience of living between cultures. Many of the clients I work with are navigating questions of belonging, family relationships, neurodivergence, or significant personal change. I offer therapy through my practice, weRcurious, which reflects my belief that curiosity is central to therapeutic work. Therapy is not about fixing what is “wrong,” but about developing a clearer understanding of yourself, your patterns, and your emotional world. This understanding creates the foundation for meaningful and lasting change.

Approach

I work as an integrative therapist, drawing from relational, trauma-informed, attachment-informed, and psychodynamic perspectives. This allows therapy to be shaped around your individual needs and experiences, rather than applying a single fixed model. Together, we explore the patterns, emotions, and relational experiences that may be influencing your present life. My practice is grounded in the therapeutic relationship. I aim to offer a space that feels safe, respectful, and emotionally attuned, where you can speak openly and begin to understand yourself more clearly. Alongside compassion and care, I work in a direct and thoughtful way, supporting honest exploration and meaningful change. My practice is neurodivergent-informed and neurodiversity-affirming. I offer therapy that respects different ways of thinking, feeling, and experiencing the world, supporting clients in developing greater self-understanding rather than trying to fit neurotypical expectations. Where appropriate, I incorporate specific techniques such as the Rewind Technique for trauma and PTSD, hypnotherapy, and approaches that support nervous system regulation. These can help reduce the emotional intensity of distressing experiences and support a greater sense of stability and safety. Therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself. From there, it becomes possible to move forward with greater clarity and choice.
