About Me

When life feels overwhelming, I offer a warm, confidential space for people of all ages. I listen deeply to your unique story. You will feel truly heard and understood without judgment. We can explore your experiences together, making sense of challenges and discovering new ways forward. This empathic, collaborative setting helps you gain clarity and build resilience.

Approach

At times of overwhelm, sessions move at a gentle, flexible pace so your story can unfold and be made sense of together. I meet people in Ernakulam and online, and can work in English, Hindi/Urdu or Malayalam to keep communication natural and accessible. Sessions blend attentive listening with gentle, developmentally appropriate ways of exploring feelings—short experiments, structured observations, and practical steps between meetings—to build safety, insight and coping. This way of working often suits children, adolescents, parents and adults looking for steady, collaborative progress.
