About Me
I am a registered psychotherapist working in New Cairo, 5th Settlement, Cairo, Egypt. I offer psychological and diagnostic assessments and individual therapy to you for abuse, life transitions, body image concerns, cross-cultural challenges, and LGBTQI+ issues.
Approach
In sessions, we focus on what shows up for you day-to-day — the thoughts, body sensations and relationship patterns that keep causing worry or stuckness. I listen for repeated moments in your conversations and behaviour, gently point out patterns, and we try small, doable shifts between sessions so you can test new choices in real life. Change usually comes as a series of clearer decisions rather than sudden insights, and people dealing with cross-cultural stress, body-image concerns or difficult pasts often find this steady, practical rhythm helpful.
