Naamat El Bejjani

Licensed Clinical Psychologists

My psychotherapeutic approach is eclectic, inspired by psychoanalysis in a humanist and existential core, carried out through behavioral and cognitive motivation, revolving around the release of repressed memories from childhood and the revealing discourse of the unconscious, through speech, free association and art.

About Me

I help clients gently uncover how early life experiences and unconscious patterns shape their present. Drawing on psychoanalysis with a humanist core, we can explore these connections. Our sessions use speech, free association, or art to reveal deeper insights. This approach helps you make sense of deeply rooted feelings and behaviours. It offers a path to release old memories, building a clearer understanding of yourself for lasting change.

Approach

Sessions unfold as a careful exploration of early wounds and unconscious themes, attended with curiosity and steady presence that balances insight with practical steps. In my Beirut practice—or online in Arabic, English or French—we move between focused conversation, symbolic expression and gentle reflective exercises at a pace you can tolerate. I often invite small experiments between meetings to test new responses, track recurring patterns and integrate discoveries into daily life. This way of working tends to help people seeking clarity about long-standing emotional habits and renewed agency.
