Approach
Sessions begin with curiosity and straightforward tracking of what shows up between you and others, then move into small, practical steps to shift closeness and safety. I offer both in-person sessions in Austin and secure online meetings in English, pacing each appointment to match what feels manageable and real. Between sessions I often suggest brief experiments or check-ins so new ways of relating can take hold and build confidence.
