Hi there! Kudos for getting here and exploring available therapists. It is tough to find your therapist, the one who gets you! You don’t need to have everything worked out before reaching out. If you’re looking for a compassionate, trauma-informed therapist, you’re very welcome to get in touch!

About Me

I’m a trauma-informed, neuroaffirming therapist offering integrative therapy for adults navigating depression, anxiety, identity, cultural transitions, and feeling disconnected from themselves. My work draws on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Somatic approaches. (N.B: I only work with females).

Approach

Therapy with me is a space where you can feel at ease being yourself, without masks, pressure, or expectation. A space where your authentic self is heard, the emotions you may have set aside are recognised, and the parts of your life that have been waiting for attention can begin to take shape. It’s important to me that you feel safe, seen, and supported. The therapeutic relationship we build becomes the foundation for all our therapeutic work together.
