Psychotherapist

You might be here because... - You have spent much of your life holding things together for others, with little space for yourself - Cultural, familial, or social expectations have felt heavy or restrictive - You are seen as “resilient,” yet feel exhausted or overwhelmed beneath the surface - You are struggling to find meaning or steadiness in a demanding or uncertain world - You want support to understand yourself better and live in a way that feels more authentic If any of this resonates, you are not alone & you don’t have to navigate it by yourself.

About Me

I am an integrative psychotherapist. Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process. I work collaboratively with you to shape a therapeutic approach that reflects your experiences, priorities, and what you hope to gain from therapy. (N.B: I only work with females).

Approach

My approach to therapy is collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in the belief that everyone deserves to feel safe, to be seen, and to be supported. I offer a calm, collaborative space where we can make sense of your experiences together, at a pace that feels right for you!
