Mrs Munira Ali

Licensed Psychologist

An experienced psychologist with better understanding of adolescents and children. I also specialise in family therapy among other issues.

About Me

As an experienced licensed psychologist, I offer a deep understanding of the unique challenges adolescents and children navigate. My focus is on helping young people explore their feelings and build resilience. I also specialise in family therapy, creating a collaborative space where all members can communicate openly. I guide families through transitions and difficulties, fostering stronger connections and a supportive home environment.

Approach

Therapy moves from concern to clear, manageable steps that let adolescents and parents test small changes and notice what shifts. Based in Nairobi, I offer sessions in English and Kiswahili, both in-person and online, keeping a calm, structured pace that fits school and family rhythms. Work combines collaborative problem-solving with developmentally tailored assessments and psychometric feedback so behaviours, trauma responses and cross-cultural stressors become concrete targets between meetings. This way of working tends to suit families and teens seeking practical skills, clearer interactions and steadier recovery.
