About Me

I am an experienced Educational Psychologist, passionate about supporting children facing barriers to learning. My specialism lies in diagnosing learning and developmental needs. This covers students from Foundation Phase to FET (Grades R-12). My goal is to clarify what’s challenging your child. This diagnosis offers insights, guiding parents and educators towards tailored plans, helping each child thrive.

Approach

My work turns assessment findings into step-by-step strategies that families and teachers can try straight away, with clear goals for attention, learning and emotional adjustment. Based in Cape Town, I meet with children and adolescents in English or isiXhosa, pacing sessions to the young person's energy and school rhythms. Sessions blend short, focused tasks, reflective conversation and practical home–school recommendations, with brief check-ins to track progress and tweak strategies. This approach suits parents and learners seeking practical clarity and steady, measurable change.
