Ms Mrunmayee Kulkarni

Psychotherapist

Counselling and creative arts therapies to cope with anxiety, depression, anger management, psychiatric illness and physical ailments.

About Me

I offer Dance Movement Psychotherapy and creative arts therapies to help you navigate challenging emotions. We can explore feelings like anxiety, depression, or anger, and the impact of psychiatric illness or physical ailments. Through movement and creative expression, we'll find new ways to understand and cope. This gentle approach is especially helpful when words alone feel insufficient, supporting you towards greater well-being.

Approach

To help you move through low mood, restless worry or intense frustration, I blend embodied exploration with reflective conversation so sensations, images and stories can be named and shifted. In Pune or online, and in English, French, Hindi/Urdu or Marathi, sessions are gently paced—we alternate subtle movement, art-based tasks and quiet reflection, tuned to your comfort. Between sessions I may suggest short, lived practices to notice changes in body and mood. This way often suits people who want a grounded, non-verbal route alongside talking.
