Mriganka Kashyap

Psychologist

Hi! I work with the Indian diaspora, acknowledging the cultural impact of relocating. My practice is person- centred, with nuances of Neuropsychology, CBT, DBT, ACT and MBCT. My aim remains to be nurturing so we navigate through life's trials and tribulations; to equip you with tools to cope with future adversities.

About Me

I offer a nurturing, person-centred space for the Indian diaspora, understanding the unique cultural impact of relocating. We can gently explore life's challenges together, drawing on approaches like mindfulness to help you find clarity. My aim is to equip you with practical tools for navigating current difficulties and building resilience against future adversities. Here, your well-being is truly at the heart of our work.

Approach

Gentle, curiosity-led sessions unfold with steady pacing: we notice patterns, try short experiments and bring mindful awareness into everyday moments so insights translate into action. From my Goa base and online, in English or Hindi/Urdu, you’ll have space for reflective exercises between meetings and simple, measurable steps to test what shifts help most. I weave cognitive pacing with neuropsychological attention to thinking and feeling, pairing acceptance-focused choices with practical skill practice so change feels doable. This way of working often suits adults navigating relocation, transitions or persistent worry.
