A creative and passionate therapist who believes in the power of re-authoring your story.

About Me

I am a Drama Therapist based in Munich, Germany. I offer individual therapy for adolescents and adults online via Zoom, Whatsapp, or E-mail. I am able to work with you on a range of issues, and I especially enjoy working with life transitions, anxiety, autism (ASD), ADHD, eating disorders, and mood disorders.

Approach

I am a registered drama therapist, and a certified cyber therapist. This means that we can use creative methods to access the root of what you are struggling with. We may use art, movement, mindfulness, and storytelling, depending on what you are comfortable with. Drama therapy helps us to understand the full scope of our lives: who are the characters, what is the goal, and what is standing in your way?
