Approach

In sessions we gently track patterns in thoughts, feelings and relationships, using our conversations to notice how old habits turn up in day-to-day life. I listen for themes in what you say and ask questions that help you link moments in the room to choices, worries or behaviour outside therapy, and we sometimes reflect on what felt different between meetings. Change often unfolds as small shifts in how you understand feelings and respond to them, which then alter relationships and daily routines.
