About Me
I help individuals, couples, families, and groups find clarity when navigating complex issues like addiction, trauma, and grief. Through Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), we can explore healthy boundaries and overcome co-dependency. These practical approaches offer tools to build resilience and foster lasting change. Zoom sessions ensure accessible support, helping you move towards a more grounded future.
Approach
Sessions are practical and paced to your needs, balancing skill-building with emotional containment as we untangle patterns from addiction, trauma and grief. From my consulting room in Scottburgh or via Zoom in English, I create a steady structure—short check-ins, focused exercises and reflective pauses—that fits young people, adults, couples and family members. We use CBT- and DBT-informed tools in-session and concrete between-session tasks to build boundary skills, manage cravings, regulate intense affect and repair relationships. This way of working suits those wanting clear steps, compassionate challenge and steady gains.
