Mila Aharon, MSc

Psychotherapist

Verified

I offer online counselling and psychotherapy to adults worldwide, with flexible appointments across time zones. I work with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, self-esteem, identity, and emotional wellbeing. Many clients also bring relational questions about intimacy and sexuality, which we can explore further in therapy.

About Me

As an integrative therapist, I tailor therapy to the individual rather than relying on a single model. My work draws from psychodynamic and attachment theory, person-centred therapy, CBT, ACT, existential, narrative, relational, and psychosexual approaches, depending on what is most helpful for you. I believe meaningful change comes from both understanding ourselves more deeply and developing practical ways of navigating life's challenges. Together, we'll explore the patterns, relationships, emotions, and experiences that shape your life, while working toward the changes you want to make. I aim to create a space where you feel genuinely understood, supported, and comfortable bringing your whole self into the room. Our work is kind and confidential. Having lived abroad for many years, I understand the unique challenges of building a life across cultures. I enjoy working with internationally minded clients and expats, helping them find a sense of home within themselves while navigating change, belonging, and identity. I hold a Master's degree in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of Derby, am a Registered Member of the BACP, and hold certification in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion from Cornell University. My practice is warm, inclusive, and grounded in respect for each client's unique experiences and background.
