Mila Aharon, MSc

Psychotherapist

verified by TherapyRoute

I find that there are multiple paths into the truth of every issue. I like to work with each area of life as it contributes to the whole. This involves pattern recognition, self-awareness, and goal-setting. Our work is kind, confidential, and tailored to your needs.

About Me

I am a psychotherapist and member of a professional association based in Μενεμένη, Attiki, Greece. I help people affected by abuse, life transitions, relationship problems, mood disorders, and relocation stress. I offer ACT, individual therapy, and sex therapy to build practical skills and coping.

Approach

Multiple paths into an issue become visible as we slow down and notice patterns together, then turn those insights into doable, short-term steps. In sessions in Attiki or online in English I keep a steady, collaborative pace—tracking what’s happening between meetings, trying small behavioural experiments, and checking how each choice fits with your priorities. You’ll leave sessions with one clear task and a simple way to notice progress, which helps people facing loss, relocation, relationship strain or mood shifts feel more grounded and able to act.
