My approach is scientific, person-centred, cognitive and behavioural psychotherapy, always adapted to each person’s individual needs and context. I have specialty in neurodevelopmental conditions, including autism, ADHD and learning disabilities. I also work with more general mental health diagnoses.
In our sessions, I aim to offer a calm, thoughtful and non-judgemental space where we can explore your concerns together, make sense of patterns in your life and develop practical, realistic strategies to support change and wellbeing, also collaborating (if needed) with multi-disciplinary teams and schools.
I'm a full Registered Member (MBACP) of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
