Michelle F. Moseley

Licensed Mental Health Counselor

A licensed counselor who is trauma-informed by training and personal experience. Providing support to folks who have received messages of being "too much" and struggle to take up space (physically and/or emotionally) in their lives.

About Me

I understand the profound impact of feeling 'too much' and struggling to truly occupy your own space. As a trauma-informed counselor, I offer a gentle, supportive environment to safely explore these experiences. We can work together to understand the roots of these messages. My aim is to help you gradually reclaim your voice and presence, feeling more grounded and confident. You deserve to take up the space you need in your life, both inside and out.

Approach

Sessions focus on noticing the small signals—the way your body tightens or your words trail—and slowing the moment to gently explore what’s underneath. I offer secure online appointments in English, available to those located in North Carolina.
