Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Hi! The way I look at therapy is through a Narrative lens; meaning I see mental health issues as largely caused by the stories we tell ourselves about ourselves. For example, if you have social anxiety, we might look at the history of your struggles to find out where the anxiety began and how to move forward.

About Me

I believe the stories we tell ourselves profoundly shape our mental well-being. Through a Narrative lens, I help you explore the origins of struggles like social anxiety. We gently examine your personal history to understand how these narratives began. This approach helps make sense of your experiences. Together, we can find new ways forward and begin rewriting your story for a more hopeful future.

Approach

We’ll start by tracing the personal narratives that have guided your feelings and behaviours, gently mapping where patterns began and what keeps them active. Sessions in Toronto or online, in English, are paced to your comfort—often conversational, occasionally structured, and focused on one or two manageable shifts each week. For anxiety, ADHD-related overwhelm, grief, or mood struggles we combine reflective exploration with practical experiments between sessions so you can test new stories in daily life. People who want thoughtful, steady change and clearer self-understanding tend to find this approach helpful.
