Miss Micaela Kotzé

Wellness Counselor

I am a compassionate and empathetic registered Wellness Counsellor who is willing to walk with you through it all. I conduct counselling sessions with all ages. I serve to enhance the total wellbeing of my clients by making use of a systems approach to counselling.

About Me

I offer a compassionate space for individuals of all ages. As your registered Wellness Counsellor, I am here to walk with you through life's challenges. I use a systems approach to Counseling, exploring how different aspects of your life connect. This helps us understand the wider picture of your experiences, fostering lasting wellbeing. If you seek a holistic perspective, I can support you in finding clarity and growth.

Approach

Willing to walk alongside you, I guide sessions with steady pacing and clear focus so we can notice patterns across relationships, routines and inner life. Sessions in English or Afrikaans, in Gqeberha or online, mix gentle reflection with practical steps—short experiments, safety planning and check-ins between meetings to track progress. I keep the work collaborative and attuned to trauma, addiction or transition, adapting tempo to what you can carry. This approach tends to suit people seeking grounded change and clearer everyday choices.
