Basic Information

Services

I work in depth with a wide range of psychological, emotional, and relational challenges that arise across life. I offer adult individual psychotherapy, as well as psychedelic-assisted therapy preparation and integration. My work is grounded in the IMAGO approach to parenting and relationship therapy, and informed by Jungian Depth Psychology. I have trained through the Assisi Institute in the USA in dream interpretation and archetypal pattern analysis, and my interest in psychedelic-assisted therapy has led me to engage with the Society of Interventional Practitioners of South Africa (SIPSA) and the Gauteng Associate Professional Members Group of SAAJA. A central focus of my practice is supporting a more conscious relationship with the self—developing insight, awareness, and integration so that individuals can live with greater authenticity, meaning, and emotional freedom in both their personal lives and relationships. I value depth work that supports real, lasting change and a more fully lived sense of self. Alongside clinical work, I have presented radio and public talks and contributed to media on topics including depression, anxiety, dependency and co-dependency, stress, happiness, relationships, self-worth, assertiveness, conflict, parenting, and sexuality. I have also attended training and conferences in Switzerland, Italy, and Austria to further deepen my work in Jungian and IMAGO-based approaches.
