About Us
Mental Hygiene Institute was founded in 2015 by psychologist Daniela van Mourik. Our dedicated team is here to provide compassionate and high-quality psychological care.
Our Belief is that, just as we prioritise physical hygiene and the quality of our food, it’s equally important care for our thoughts, our mental hygiene. This philosophy is at the heart of the Mental Hygiene Institute.
