I am here to help you feel more in control and understand yourself better. Navigating life with anxiety or neurodivergence can often feel overwhelming. We can work together to make sense of your experiences and find practical ways forward. My aim is to create a supportive space for you to gain clarity and move forward with confidence.

Helping you feel empowered and build clearer self-awareness, I work in a gently structured way that honours your pace and practical needs. In sessions — whether in Bedford or online in English — we clarify immediate stresses, map sensory or attention patterns, and try short, manageable experiments you can use between meetings. I keep things concrete and collaborative, checking in on what helps and what doesn’t, so that adjustments feel doable.
