Ms Melissa Kelly

Counseling Psychologist

A client-centered and compassionate psychologist offering individual therapy to adolescents, children & adults across a range of mental health concerns.

About Me

I offer individual therapy, providing a compassionate space for adolescents, children, and adults. Here, we can openly explore a range of mental health concerns. My client-centred approach means we work at your own pace. We focus on what matters most to you. This is a good match if you seek a supportive environment. We can understand feelings, navigate challenges, or develop new ways of coping. Each session is tailored to help you find clarity.

Approach

Sessions move at your rhythm, combining gentle assessment and hands-on work so we can pinpoint what feels stuck and what helps you breathe easier. In my Gqeberha office, in English, I use simple experiments, reflective play with children, and clear feedback between meetings to track progress and build practical skills you can try at home. You’ll find sessions paced, collaborative and focused on small, achievable change. This way of working suits people who want thoughtful support and real-world tools.
