Mental health is as important as physical health.

About Me

Mental health is as important as physical health. I offer a supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment. I guide individuals through life's complexities, helping them understand their unique challenges. We work together to develop practical coping tools and build lasting resilience. Clients seeking a collaborative, grounded approach to emotional well-being find our sessions a valuable step forward.

Approach

Treating emotional health with the same care as the body, I focus on how we move from awareness to small, practical shifts during and between sessions. In my Buenos Aires office or remote sessions in English, Spanish or Japanese, sessions feel paced and attentive—short experiments, breath-based noticing and reflective dialogue that help untangle anxiety, mood shifts or relational patterns. Between meetings I often offer simple practices to test new ways of relating to thoughts and feelings. People facing abuse, career crossroads or young-adult transitions often find this steady, hands-on way helpful.
