MY FEES:
CORE SERVICES:
I’m a trauma‑informed South Asian psychodynamic therapist with four years’ experience, and at the heart of my work are hope, kindness, and joy, qualities I bring to every session with deep warmth and empathy.
Hope:I'm always hopeful for my clients, that their lives can be beautiful and things can get better. I believe having people hope and root for us can be deeply healing.
Kindness: When we're having tough conversations and in moments when I challenge you, it will always come from a space of kindness and compassion for your growth.
Joy: Even as we navigate difficult emotions, I’ll help you reconnect with moments of lightness and joy that remind you of your strength and aliveness.
I create a safe and compassionate space where you can bring your whole self, the good and the bad, without fear of judgment. Exploring those “messy” parts can feel scary, but having support makes it tolerable. As we move towards accepting these parts, it can feel deeply liberating. This work also means that we take responsibility for ourselves and our actions when it's hard, but it also shows us that we have the power to change our circumstances.
Through a relational psychodynamic lens, we’ll gently uncover how your childhood experiences, family dynamics, and attachment patterns have influenced your life, at work, in your relationships, and within yourself. We’ll sit with whatever arises, anxiety, sadness, anger, and trace its roots so you can build deeper self‑awareness and genuine connection with who you truly are.
If you’re a South Asian person living in the West, I understand the push and pull between cultures and the weight of family expectations. Together, we’ll hold that in‑between space tenderly, clarify your unique values, and heal past wounds so you can step into a future marked by peace, authenticity, and wholehearted joy.
When you’re ready to begin, know I’m here, holding hope, offering kindness, and inviting joy every step of the way.
