Relational Psychodynamic Psychotherapist and a Trainee Group Analyst, who works with people of all demographics to explore their anxieties and help them be more self-aware and internally liberated from their inhibitions.

About Me

I am a relational psychodynamic psychotherapist and trainee Group Analyst. I offer a compassionate, collaborative, and deeply reflective space for individuals and groups looking to navigate life's complexities, understand deeply ingrained patterns, and foster authentic relational growth. Rather than focusing solely on surface-level symptom management, I work with you to understand the underlying, often unconscious dynamics that shape your daily life. I have been in private practice for several years and have completed 8500+ hours of individual and group psychotherapy practice with adults and adolescents across relational, emotional and personality difficulties; and have been in clinical supervision across my practicing years.

Approach

My approach is grounded in relational psychodynamic psychotherapy and group analysis, frameworks that allow us to look beyond surface-level symptoms and explore the deeper, often unconscious patterns shaping how you live and relate. I view therapy as a collaborative, evolving dialogue rather than a rigid set of instructions. In individual work, this means utilizing the therapeutic relationship itself as a safe "here-and-now" space to understand how your history, attachment style, and internal dynamics influence your present-day choices, trust, and boundaries. At the same time, my group analytic lens recognizes that we do not exist in isolation; our minds are fundamentally social, shaped by the families, cultural systems, and collective networks we inhabit. Whether working individually or within a therapeutic group, I pay close attention to these wider contexts and how they impact your sense of belonging. My style is engaged, attentive, and authentic, I do not sit back as a detached observer, but actively work alongside you to bring these relational and systemic patterns into awareness, giving you the freedom to make conscious, meaningful changes in your life.
