Medha Singh

Counseling Psychologist

A mental health professional with over two years of experience, I’ve worked with clients across different concerns and fallback on a social justice and a queer feminist lens to inform my work. I focus on life experiences, attachment patterns, interpersonal dynamics, people’s socio-political and sociocultural backgrounds

About Me

I offer a space to deeply explore your life experiences and how they intertwine with your relationships. My work is informed by a social justice and queer feminist lens. This approach helps you understand how wider socio-political and sociocultural backgrounds shape your personal journey. It’s especially helpful for clients seeking to connect individual struggles with broader systemic influences. We’ll navigate your unique interpersonal dynamics, fostering clarity and growth together.

Approach

I focus on tracing how personal history, attachment patterns and the social forces around you show up in everyday interactions, so therapy becomes a place to notice patterns rather than only solve problems. I offer sessions in Delhi and online, in English and Hindi/Urdu, with paced, reflective work that blends focused listening, exploration of past wounds and gentle experiments in relating. Between meetings I may suggest short, practicable reflections to try out. This way of working tends to suit people wanting clarity about their relationships and selves.
