The core offering in my practice is continual growth to create lasting transformation in the lives of people. Using analytical and systemic therapy as an approach, integrated with Mentalization and other techniques, I enable clients to tap into their highest potential. If desired, we can add theta healing techniques to help you awaken your abilities with grace.

About Me

I support individuals seeking deep, lasting change to unlock their full capabilities. Through analytical and systemic therapy, we explore patterns and connections together. This enables you to tap into your highest potential. For those interested, we can also integrate theta healing, helping you awaken your innate abilities with ease. This approach suits anyone ready to commit to their own continual growth and transformation.

Approach

Therapy moves at a measured, collaborative pace where we notice patterns, somatic signals and relational links so insight turns into steady, lived change. I hold sessions in Beirut and online, in Arabic or English, and invite playful, reflective or body-focused experiments depending on what feels most alive that week. Between sessions I may suggest small practices to track reactions and strengthen new responses, always tuned to trauma, shame, anxiety or personality difficulties. People ready for committed, gentle work tend to find this approach sustaining.
