Approach
Rather than only explaining strategies, sessions move at a practical, focused pace where we try techniques together and adjust them in real time. I meet with clients via secure video from my Wyckoff office, serving New York and New Jersey, and keep sessions structured yet flexible to fit family, work, or school rhythms.
