Using an integrative, evidence-based approach tailored to your unique needs, I'll help you develop insight, strengthen coping skills, build resilience, and move towards lasting emotional wellbeing.

About Me

I am a Registered Psychologist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA), with experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults. I am passionate about creating a warm, collaborative, and non-judgemental space where clients feel safe to explore their experiences and work towards meaningful change. I have a particular interest in supporting clients who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, emotional regulation difficulties, relationship and family challenges, and periods of adjustment. I also offer psychoeducational and school readiness assessments.

Approach

My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing primarily on psychodynamic, cognitive behavioural, and play therapy. I believe that exploring both past experiences and present challenges helps foster lasting emotional growth, resilience, and healthier relationships. Because every person’s journey is unique, I tailor therapy to each individual’s needs. Above all, I aim to provide a supportive, evidence-based space where clients of all ages can gain insight, build coping skills, and move towards emotional wellbeing and personal growth.
